The starting point
The team needed to compare stock, forecasts and incoming deliveries to spot shortages and plan purchases. A stock figure on its own did not give enough context.
What we built
We built a planning table that brings this information together by product, location and period. Employees can see where stock may run short and open the related purchase orders to investigate, without losing the overall view.
