The starting point
Sales teams had to use NetSuite’s standard sales-order form. The process felt slow and hard to follow, making a routine part of their job frustrating.
What we built
We built a dedicated order-entry screen with the customer, products, quantities and order details together. Employees prepare and review the order in one clear interface. Once submitted, the sales order is created automatically in NetSuite.
